  Date: 10/6/17 I wait at Mc Cafe for a good 2 minutes, looking at the lady at the counter hoping to be serve. I wait n ait and i finally ask do u work here or is this counter close, sje said to me to order it from the other counter. There is hardly anyone in store, she should just say what would you like? It would only take her a few second. This jappwnd at around 5pm on saturday.
  
  Dear owner, please have a look an address this worker. She needs to learn how to do a proper customer service.

  drive thru ordered 6 nuggets and frozen coke..... waiting 15mins for them to arrive to us in car....... still waiting now..... this is crap Gero... 20mins now......
